Following SmartHR changes, Cloud Payroll temporarily syncs health insurance qualification dates into welfare pension fields.

Required action

After importing data from SmartHR, verify the welfare pension fields and adjust the qualification or loss dates if they differ from health insurance.

Changes

  • Until the update is complete, welfare pension qualification and loss dates cannot be imported from SmartHR.
  • SmartHR health insurance dates are uniformly applied to both health insurance and welfare pension fields in Cloud Payroll.
  • If health insurance dates in SmartHR are blank, welfare pension dates are uniformly applied instead.
  • After the planned update in August 2026, health insurance and welfare pension dates can be synced separately.
