HRMOS Expense adds invoice issuing and general workflow circulation features

HRMOS Expense users can now issue qualified invoices and share general workflow requests with users outside the approval route.

Changes

  • You can create qualified invoices and credit notes, calculate consumption tax, and export journal entry data
  • Creation histories for qualified invoice copies are preserved for seven years with deletion prohibited
  • You can manage invoice creation, issuing, web distribution, payment tracking, accounting integration, and storage in one place
  • You can grant viewing permissions on general workflow requests to arbitrary users outside the approval route
  • You can batch-assign circulation viewers to requests filtered by search
