In HRMOS Expense, you can now set pre-application as required or optional for expense menus to restrict unapproved claims.

Changes

  • You can configure pre-application as mandatory or optional for business trips, overseas trips, and expense claims.
  • Even when pre-application is optional, claims exceeding a set amount cannot be submitted for approval without prior application.
