In GMO Sign Ver.2, files attached by signers become documents so subsequent signers can also view them and apply digital signatures.

You can now include custom fields in document CSV exports and attach contract certificates to completion emails.
Changes
- Custom fields and note field names are included when exporting document details to a CSV file.
- Contract certificates can be attached to completion emails sent to initiators by using an option for 10,000 yen per month (excluding tax).
- Administrators can toggle certificate attachments to completion emails on or off in the Signature Request section of the management panel.
