In GMO Sign Ver.2, files attached by signers become documents so subsequent signers can also view them and apply digital signatures.

Changes

  • If the creator permits viewing, subsequent signers can review attached files on the signing screen
  • Attached files receive digital signatures and timestamps for both the submitter and confirming subsequent signers
  • Setting attachment frames at sending automatically merges multiple files attached to a single frame into one document
  • Existing templates with file attachments automatically migrate to the new specification with only the first frame required
  • Attached files for documents sent before release or already completed remain in the previous specification
