In GMO Sign Ver.2, files attached by signers become documents so subsequent signers can also view them and apply digital signatures.

You can now choose whether to attach PDF documents to completion emails, and document management numbers now appear in decline emails.
Changes
- Paid plan users can configure whether to attach PDF documents to completion emails from the management panel
- The default is set to attach for users who started by June 12, 2024, and not to attach for users starting after that date
- Completion emails for free accounts will no longer include attached PDF files
- Document management numbers are now displayed in the body of signature decline emails
