In GMO Sign Ver.2, files attached by signers become documents so subsequent signers can also view them and apply digital signatures.
Signature re-requests disallow recipient edits and maintenance halts GMO Sign services

GMO Sign signature re-requests now restrict recipient editing and deadlines, while maintenance suspends all services including the API.
Changes
- You can no longer edit names or recipient addresses when re-sending a signature request.
- You cannot re-request signatures after 90 days from the deadline or once an expiration date has passed.
- All services including the API stop during maintenance on December 9-10 and December 15-16, 2024.
