The GMO Sign app is scheduled to unify document and envelope lists and update management statuses along with display conditions.

Changes

  • Documents involving the user that were rejected in internal workflows, declined, or cancelled will appear under the Cancelled status.
  • Requesters will also see expiration notices when one or more signers have an expired signature.
  • Notices will also appear when driver license format checks fail in the identity verification attachment feature.
  • Envelope-registered documents appear by envelope while legacy API document registrations appear individually in the same unified list.
  • The Contract Date and Contract Expiry Date fields are removed from Advanced Search.
