If an error occurs during pre-connection testing, update your operating system, browser, or integration system by each effective date.
Changes
- Encryption specifications for the Web browser version will be updated on November 19, 2025.
- Encryption specifications for API integrations will be updated on November 10, 2025, for Sandbox and January 19, 2026, for Production.
- Access may become unavailable in some environments using older operating systems, browsers, or API clients.
