You can now add timestamps and use envelopes for scanned documents, and automatic reminders are held for 5 days after requests.

Changes

  • With the Security and Internal Control Pack option, you can add timestamps to scanned documents for 30 yen plus tax per document.
  • You cannot add timestamps to protected documents.
  • Envelopes matching document names are created on upload, and past scanned documents are automatically stored in envelopes as well.
  • Scanned documents now appear in the envelope list on the document management screen.
  • Automatic reminder emails are not sent for five days after a signature request is sent.
