Signer attachments become documents and allow subsequent signers to review and sign
In GMO Sign Ver.2, files attached by signers become documents so subsequent signers can also view them and apply digital signatures.
Document status selection is required when searching documents in GMO Sign

When searching documents, you must now select either incomplete or completed status before running a keyword or advanced search.
Changes
- You must select either Incomplete or Completed when running a keyword search.
- Selecting Incomplete in advanced search displays the signature status, while selecting Completed hides it.
- The initial document list continues to display documents sent or received in the last 3 months.
