You can now ask signers to attach files during signing requests and configure view permissions for documents sent by other users.

Changes

  • With the Identity Verification Pack option, you can request signers to attach up to 5 files in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, up to 20 MB per file and 50 MB in total.
  • The Image Attachment feature is renamed to Image Embedding feature, and the screen label changes to Embed Image in Document.
  • You can now set viewing permissions for documents received from other GMO Sign users.
  • Workflow approvals can no longer be processed from the Document Management menu and must be handled from Documents Requiring Action on the top screen.
  • Accounts with Face-to-Face Contract Pro can now register face-to-face contract users via the UI or CSV, and the bulk registration CSV format has changed.
