Signer attachments become documents and allow subsequent signers to review and sign
In GMO Sign Ver.2, files attached by signers become documents so subsequent signers can also view them and apply digital signatures.

Folder storage and viewing permissions now apply per envelope, and pre-release CSV files for batch folder registration stop working.
Required action
If you store batch folder registration CSV files locally, download the new CSV file from the management screen.
Changes
- Documents are stored in folders by envelope instead of document, placing all documents in an envelope into the same folder.
- You can no longer set separate viewing permissions for documents that belong to the same envelope.
- Document list display names change from document name to envelope name slash document name.
- A recipient default setting field is added to the CSV file for batch folder registration.
- Batch folder registration CSV files downloaded before the release can no longer be used.
