You can now reorder uploaded documents and import address book CSVs in GMO Sign Ver.2

Changes

• You can now add remarks of up to 255 characters in the address book and bulk register, update, or delete contacts via CSV in My Address Book.
• You can now drag and reorder uploaded documents in signature request and template creation while keeping placed signature positions.
• Line breaks are now reflected when senders enter text into text fields or template insertion fields.
• In batch workflow approver settings, you can now configure per user whether specific approval steps are fixed or changeable by the creator.
• In the release planned for July 16, 2026, you will no longer be able to change the sender organization name from the account's registered name when creating signature requests.
