In GMOサイン Ver.2, users can configure admin and personal settings, conduct in-person signing, and manually extend document timestamps.

Changes

  • In Admin Menu, administrators can access user management and operation logs, and require folder selection when requesting signatures.
  • In My Page, users can register seal images, change passwords, and configure two-factor authentication, address books, and PIN codes.
  • In-person signing now requires internal staff login, and signers can edit names or organizations right before signing and sign sequentially.
  • Global and document administrators on paid plans can manually extend timestamps expiring within one year for ten years at 33 yen per document.
