In GMO Sign Ver.2, files attached by signers become documents so subsequent signers can also view them and apply digital signatures.

You can now send access codes to signers by SMS with the identity verification pack and reuse existing CSV files for bulk sending.
Changes
- SMS transmission of access codes costs 50 yen per item and recipients can issue it up to 3 times.
- Administrators can control whether to use custom codes or SMS automatic issuance in the management panel.
- If a template merge item has the same name as a CSV column during bulk sending, _1 is appended to the merge item name.
- You can continue using existing CSV files by manually adding new columns when new fields are introduced.
- The recommended environment for the GMO Sign app will be updated to Android 10.0+, iOS 15+, and iPadOS 15+ from November 2023.
