Section API request and response definitions updated in freee Accounting API

Changes

• The request properties code, long_name, parent_id, shortcut1, and shortcut2 are now nullable in the section creation and update APIs.
• The request properties long_name, parent_code, shortcut1, and shortcut2 are now nullable in PUT /api/1/sections/code/upsert.
• The fields long_name, shortcut1, and shortcut2 are now required in section responses.
• A 404 error response was added to the section creation, update, deletion, and upsert APIs.
