Changes
- Email addresses of users in the same Publication were visible to each other in the To field of emails regarding article contest sponsorships
- Systematic email distribution will be used in principle for mass emails to prevent manual setting errors
- Manual mass emails will require approval by a member other than the sender using a checklist
