A new column in employee CSVs enables bulk updating employee numbers, while files exported before the release now fail to import.
Required action
When registering or updating employee information using a CSV, export the latest employee info CSV.
Changes
- The employee info CSV includes an Employee Number Update column for bulk updating employee numbers by entering new numbers.
- Importing employee info CSV files exported before this release displays an error and fails.
- When adding new employees or not updating employee numbers, leave the Employee Number Update column blank.
- If the value in the Employee Number Update column already exists, a duplicate error prevents importing or updating.
- No fields were added to or removed from the employee info page in the service UI.
