You can now choose whether preliminary card transactions can be used for expense claims or restricted to confirmed records only.

Changes

  • You can set "速報明細の経費登録・申請" in basic settings to either "許可する" (Allow) or "許可しない" (Do not allow).
  • On the web version of the "コーポレートカード利用明細" screen, transactions are displayed in separate "確定" and "速報" tabs.
  • When set to "許可しない", only confirmed transactions are synced to the mobile app.
  • When set to "許可しない", registered preliminary transactions can no longer be submitted and are excluded from "未処理あり".
