Mobile app users can now automatically match and link corporate card transactions when scanning receipts with OCR in Cloud Expense.

Changes

  • Available for iOS (v4.27.0) and Android (v4.24.0) users on Corporate or Enterprise plans using corporate cards, but not on the web.
  • Automatic matching does not run for foreign currencies, multiple tax rates, or when editing existing entries.
  • If multiple transactions match, one is displayed based on card brand priority and the oldest registration date.
  • Linking displays the last 4 digits in the "連携カード利用明細" field and updates the status to "登録済み" in "連携サービス一覧".
