All Mackerel systems will stop temporarily during maintenance on November 10, 2026, from 11:00 to 14:00 JST.
Changes
- Web access, API access, agent metric posting, and alert notifications will stop.
- Metrics buffered by the agent are resent after maintenance, but stopping or restarting the agent before completion loses data.
- Metrics exceeding thresholds during maintenance will not trigger retroactive alerts after maintenance.
- Alerts detected by check monitoring will trigger retroactively up to 6 hours after resending.
- Graphs for external monitoring and cloud integrations may have missing data during the maintenance period.
