Changes
- A server outage occurred from around 12:15 to 12:16 UTC+9 on March 19, 2026
- Messaging API webhook event delivery was delayed or returned 5xx errors in some cases
- LINE Login, LIFF, and LINE Mini App could not be used normally and returned 5xx errors in some cases
- Messages not sent despite successful API requests due to the outage are not counted toward LINE Official Account fees or sent message counts
