A network outage that caused 5xx status code errors across Messaging API endpoints has been fully resolved.

Changes

  • Some requests failed to process normally between approximately 23:58 on September 15 and 03:43 on September 16, 2026 (UTC+9)
  • All Messaging API endpoints and corporate LINE Notification Message sending endpoints were affected
  • Some APIs support safe request retries without duplicate processing by specifying X-Line-Retry-Key
