Simplified channel consent is permanently enabled for new LINE Mini Apps in Japan

Changes

• Simplified channel consent is permanently enabled for new LINE Mini App channels in Japan
• The toggle button for simplified channel consent was removed from the Web app settings tab
• Channels with only the openid scope no longer show consent screens or friend add prompts
• Prompting friend addition now requires scopes other than openid or permission request methods
• Channels created before the change or with Thailand or Taiwan as service regions are unaffected
