A network failure caused temporary errors and delays across Messaging API, LINE Login, LIFF, and the console, which have now been resolved.
Changes
- Messaging API experienced delayed or undelivered Webhook events and 500-series status code errors.
- Messages that were not actually sent despite a successful API request are excluded from usage fees and the sent message count.
- LINE Login, LIFF, LINE Mini App, and parts of the LINE Developers Console were intermittently unavailable, and some service messages were not sent properly.
- Implementing retry keys (X-Line-Retry-Key) allows requests to be retried safely without duplicate processing when 500-series errors or timeouts occur.
