Messaging API rich menu endpoints are now available and operating normally again.

Changes

  • A server failure occurred from around 11:37 to 11:40 on April 17, 2026 (UTC+9).
  • Endpoints in the rich menu, user-specific rich menu, and rich menu alias sections were affected.
  • Some requests could not be processed normally and resulted in status code 500-level errors.
