The August 9, 2026 maintenance officially releases lookup field change events and status values previously offered in API Lab.
Changes
- Field value change events now trigger for lookup fields on desktop and mobile record creation and edit screens.
- A value representing the lookup status is added to lookup field values in record data retrieved via kintone JavaScript API and events.
- After the scheduled maintenance, these features apply without enabling the API usage setting in Update Options.
