Changes
- Affected endpoints are POST /projects for project creation and PATCH /projects/{id} for project editing.
- unit_cost_id inside the members request property can be omitted when use_standard_unit_cost is true.
- unit_cost_id inside the members request property remains required when use_standard_unit_cost is false.
