Users of CloudSign Review and Kanri can now compare Excel files, manage add-ins, and view related contracts in a single ledger format.

Changes

  • You can now compare Excel documents, create comparison tables, and export results to Excel in CloudSign Review.
  • Word comments are now automatically registered as internal comments when uploading templates or reference contracts.
  • Owner users can now enable or disable the Word add-in directly from the user management screen under settings.
  • Users with AI Legal Assist Review Plus can now access the legal research beta to ask practical legal questions via chat.
  • CloudSign Kanri now allows you to display related parent and child contracts together in a ledger format by parent ID.
