Chatwork API is scheduled to stop reading query parameters on POST and PUT requests and remove HTTP method overrides via method.
Required action
If you use the affected request formats with Chatwork API, update your requests to use body parameters and the actual HTTP methods by July 3, 2025.
Changes
- Eleven POST and PUT operations, such as creating group chats and posting messages, will read only application/x-www-form-urlencoded body parameters instead of query parameters.
- Specifying an HTTP method different from the actual HTTP request via the method parameter will be removed.
- Sending requests using the removed formats will return a status code 400 error.
